BAYCABLE engineers work closely with our customer’s engineers during the design and development phase of new products to ensure that together we come up with an optimal, application specific interconnect solution. Our in-house machine shop provides tooling for mold cavities, extrusion dies and machined component parts, reducing cost and improving speed to market. A focus on very fine wire cable design and termination to flex circuits and printed circuit boards makes BAYCABLE the vendor of choice for miniature cable assemblies for medical device and other challenging applications.

BAYCABLE’s quality technicians utilize state-of-the-art Cirrus testing equipment to perform 100% electrical testing of all finished cable assemblies.
