AWG:
Conductor AWG can be supplied in solid or hi-flex stranded constructions.

Copper and high-strength copper alloys are available. Other AWG sizes are available, upon request.

Dielectric Material:
These coaxes are made with a solid extruded FEP dielectric. FEP offers superior electrical
and physical properties that
are desirable in coax cables.

Other fluoropolymers are
available, if requested.

Braided Shield:
These coaxes are made with hi-flex finely stranded braided shields to ensure maximum
flexibility.

Shields can be made with copper or high-strength copper alloys.
All braided shields are designed for 90% minimum coverage.

Jacket Material:
As with the dielectric material,
we offer FEP for the jacket material because it allows us
to supply a thin yet durable
jacket while maintaining the smallest possible diameter. 

Depending on the application,
Bay offers many different jacket materials, including: PFA, taped PTFE, ETFE, silicone rubber, PVC, polyurethane, and thermoplastic elastomer (TPE).
