Micro-miniature fine wire assemblies

When a leading manufacturer of industrial air and electric power tools approached us needing micro-miniature cable assemblies for new tools used on automotive and aerospace assembly lines, we got to work. We collaborated with the manufacturer’s engineers and designed a cable assembly with exacting mechanical specifications. We reduced the cable’s diameter with thin-wall Teflon so it was compact enough to fit inside the tools and meet all the necessary electrical requirements. The end result is a high-performance cable assembly.
